About TSR

The Thunderbolt Ski Runners is a non-profit ski and snowboard club located in Adams, Massachusetts. The club was established in 2008 by a group of northern Berkshire outdoor sport enthusiasts who share a common love for Mount Greylock and the Thunderbolt Ski Run. Its members are united by a common mission: "To preserve the integrity and continue the legacy of the Thunderbolt Ski Run".

  • Enjoys long canoe paddles through the Adirondacks or going to Moab to mt. bike or rock climb.
  • Enjoys traveling to ski destinations that he has never been to.
  • Favorite memories include living in Girg’s Skamper at Alpine Meadows California or going to Chamonix and Zermat with some pretty rad dudes.

  • Unexpected night on Jay Peak spurred a mid-life crisis at the age of 27. Moved to the Southern Green Mountains and changed careers
  • Skied the Northeast, Southeast, Austrian Alps, Dolomites and Sierra Nevadas but somehow not the Rockies
  • Enjoys "whitewater" canoeing on the Hoosic in April, growing fruit trees, hiking with his wife and cat, and turning house construction projects into algebraic equations

  • Fitness teacher at Berkshire Arts and Technology Charter Public School.
  • Enjoys backcountry skiing on Mt. Greylock, Vermont, the White Mountains and Colorado. Sea Kayak camping in Sitka Alaska, and around Isle Au Haut, Mount Desert Island, and the Penobscot River in Maine. Also enjoys hiking and backpacking in the White Mountains and the Chilkoot Trail in Alaska.
  • Ran the Mt. Greylock-Go-Round for seven years and the Vermont 50 Race for three years (running the last one when she turned 50).
  • Other interests include road and mountain biking, white water canoeing and walking in the woods of Savoy with her dog.
  • Daughter of Thunderbolt legend Bill Linscott.
